A meeting of heads of «Modern-Expo» has taken place
According to the tradition, at the early August the director general, directors of Constant Exhibitions and directors of Company’s departments gathered in the main office of «Modern-Expo» to discuss the results of firm’s work in the first half of 2006.
Modern-Expo Company has been intensifying it`s potential for 6 months. The third line of powder staining was put into the operation, it`s advantages is seven-layer coating of products, what helps to increase a degree of protection against corrosion. To make products of wire it was bought special equipment of English firm with CNC-control. Also it is successfully exploited new equipment for producing of wire netting constructions.
During the first half of the year the Company opened 3 new Constant Exhibitions (in Donetsk, Lviv and Simferopol). So, it confirmed again, that it prefered to work with customers personally, without middlemen. Personal contact lets to understand the client’s needs, to be more close to them and to estimate their needs in service of «Modern-Expo».
To support a dynamical development of Company’s commercial and producing segments it is necessary to have concerted action of all departments. Subjects of the meeting mostly concerned the question of increasing the efficiency of work of all departments for further rising of contentment of collaboration with a Company. In particular, it was decided to hold meetings in questions of quality every week, to perfect the system of decorating of exhibition halls, etc. The heads of the Company always work at the improving of working conditions of the staff of «Modern-Expo». It was decided to make teaching period of new managers, to improve the system of studying and motivation of Company’s staff.
A lot of questions had to be examined since the previous meeting. That’s why one plane day was supplemented with a working trip to a rest house (village Crymne, Starovuzivskyj region).
