Within the limits of the 10th anniversary of the company creative competitions were organized for our collaborators and for members of their families
An exclusive possibility to feel themselves a strategy director will get all workers of «Modern-Expo». Everything what they need is a little bit fantasy and wish. «Modern-Expo`s» future or How I imagine the company in 10 years» – members of «Modern-Expo`s» command were offered to tell about their vision on that topic. That possibility was given both to workers of the main company’s office and to our collaborators from producing department and branches. The participants can share their opinion not only about the firm’s future, but also offer concrete decisions in company’s present work improving. «It will be interesting to know thoughts of our workers concerning our company’s developing and prospects. In addition, it is a good opportunity to show their secret talents – jokes the director general of Modern-Expo Company Petro Pylypyuk. – The most original ideas obligatory will be noted by pleasant surprises».
Just the combination of high professional skills and of warm friendly, even family, atmosphere in our collective helps «Modern-Expo» to consolidate its leader position in the store fixtures market year by year. That`s why it is naturally that informing of our collaborator`s family members about our company`s developing and arranging a mutual dialog with them is one of the most important priority in work with company’s personnel.
They say: «Truth is said by children’s lips». So, the appropriate continue of the previous competition is one more contest – for children of our workers. In contrast to their parents-writers, kids will be able to try themselves as painters. The subject of the future exhibition is «My mother/my father works in «Modern-Expo». The representatives of the rising generation will be able to express their own notion about their mother’s or father’s work place, their fantasies about its presence and future. The authoritative judges will estimate participants` works in several age groups. Authors of the most interesting pictures will get presents and diplomas.
